Arbita’s Four-Tiered Approach to Customer Support includes our Account and Technical/Operations Support Team, who work in tandem with Account Management to provide a gold-standard level of service to Arbita’s customers.
Our technical support teams possess a high-level of ownership and responsibility to provide customers and team members with the answers they are looking for. As such, they are subject matter experts (SMA's) and administrative and technical wizards whose talents include:
* Quickly learning and comprehending ever-changing recruitment market technology.
* Effectively and professionally supporting the customer and account management team through the implementation, training and change management process.
* Helping customers understand the comprehensive reporting and recruitment media analytics that are provided through the Arbita system.
* The ability to identify rapid solutions to customer technical issues and communicate to the customer in simple, effective terms. |
